Overview
As part of Pinterest’s Growth team, I was tasked with updating the mobile web unauthenticated user landing pages. Working closely with my cross-functional partners, we had to balance how much of the Pinterest ecosystem the user was allowed to see before the sign-up experience takes over, and what that sign-up experience should be. Through targeted A/B testing, we were able to implement a solution that increased sign-ups by 20% during the test window.
